How long does it take to process an order?

How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Glamour Formals. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. All Flash Sales items are Final Sale.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

ALL IN STORE FORMAL WEAR, READY TO WEAR, ACCESSORIES AND SHOES PURCHASED AT OUR STORE FRONT ARE FINAL SALE.

Return Instructions

You must complete a return request by emailing us with your original order number to info@glamourformals.com before mailing back your items.

Items must be mailed to our store front: 539 Cool Springs Blvd #120 Franklin TN 37067

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@glamourformals.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

Do you give refunds?

We issue store credit only.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time due to inventory constantly changing. You can return like normal and repurchase the correct size with the store credit issued.
